About Me

  • I am 50 years young and have been struggling with fitness highs and lows since my 30's. I would like to take more control of my life, find a good fitness partner, and stay one size for the rest of my life.

  • In 2001 I lost 40 pounds though walking and healthy eating. I have gained and relost weight several times every other year since that time. I really need encouragement.

  • My lowest point was in 2004/2005 when I found myself at 200 pounds.

  • Total fitness, health, and stamina. I want it to stay off this time.

  • Weight and strength training.

  • Consistent motivation. Encouragement.

  • Pray,sing,meet new friends, change walk routes.

  • When sweat rolls down my head and I'm smiling when I'm tired.

  • Improve overall health

  • I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
