Finding it more difficult to maintain health as I age. Had a few health issues that have made it hard to stay consistent. I am looking forward to getting started at losing weight and improving over all health.
Always being willing to start again and never give up.
Never staying motivated for more then a couple of months at a time.

I keep exercise videos and messages displayed to remind me of my goals.
A workout that leaves you a little sore and sweaty, which makes you feel like you have accomplished something.
Improve overall health
I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
