I've just moved to Charlotte, and don't know many people. I am getting married in 9 months so want to start working out now to look good for then. I'm pretty active, having always done some sort of exercise, be it in gym or as part of a team.
I want to look toned up and loose a little weight for my wedding next year.
Spinning and yoga
getting myself motivated to carry on going
I imagine myself keeping up a routine and looking good in a few weeks/months.
When I feel good afterwards, exhausted and healthy!
I have trouble getting started, but once started I give myself a decent workout.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
