You have to balance nutrition, cardio, and resistance training to get the right results. Meals have to be planned. Cardio must be establish to match your goals. Weight training has to focus on a high intense workout. Do not substitute food if you don't have to.

I train Marines for the last 23 years. I was a Deputy Director of a Marine Academy. I trained at La Fitness for one year. Training 13 people a day. I currently train over 100 clients each day 4 days a week in our Marine Fitness Boot Camp.

MARINE FITNESS BOOT CAMP’s Gene Calvin, is a former Marine Corps Dive, Fitness, Close Combat, Special Forces/Recon Instructor and a Cooper Certified Personal Trainer. He holds a Natural Bodybuilders Pro Card with the ABA. He is a former track, swim, basketball, and football coach. The Master Gunnery Sergeant has taught this course and many others through the Marine Corps University as a Deputy Director of the Okinawa Japan Staff Non Commissioned Officers Academy.
I am consistent and able to workout intensely.
I consider myself somewhat of an expert.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
