48 year old male
I committed to a healthy lifestyle over two years ago when I participated in a Biggest Loser competition through work. Since, I have worked to maintain my current weight and have taken on running for the first time with enjoyment. I ran my first half marathon 2 days after my 40th birthday. I hope to complete a full by year's end.
Finishing two half marathons this year with the second topping my time by 10 minutes. Participating in the Biggest Loser competition at work over two years ago and my team winning the whole thing out of 50 teams.
Not being able to jog to a Weight Watchers meeting a mile away without having to stop more than once to walk.
Running a full marathon in October.
Finding motivation after crazy work schedules each week.
Step on the scales, share experiences with my brother, and talk running with some co-workers.
Exceeding your workout goal and still having fuel in the tank to push extra at the end.
Improve overall health
I am able to get started, and once started I give myself a decent workout.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
