About Me

  • It doesn't take me long to get motivated. I'm even pretty good at staying focused. But once I've accomplished my goal, I usually celebrate for the next 6 months until I'm back in the same situation I start from....

    Ehh...the cycle of fluctuation....

  • One summer, I did it right. Lost about thirty pounds jogging and cooking every meal. It was actually really fun. I didn't realize how much I lost until I went back to school to shocked faces, lol.

  • The summer before I went away to study abroad....and now. It's bad when I don't recognize myself on camera from a distance.

  • I'm going for 140lbs, I'm 195lbs now. My average is 145lbs (in my delusional dreams)...I want to recognize my face again.

  • I was to bike ride and roller skate again. Be a kid again, on a grown up level, ya dig?

  • Breathing (I yawn a lot) and staying interested....I go after work so I'm sleepy most of the time.

  • I think of painful things in my life that I've dealt with and how much worst they are to overcome whilst being fat.

  • Sweat...pain...adrenaline...

  • I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.

  • I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
