I am 51 years old, I had a heart attack and quintuple By-pass surgery in November of 2007.
I have some basic muscle tone that I'm building on.
I should have started long ago and stayed with it.
To tone myself and gain deffiniton.
Not sure yet
Over coming the old tedium
By seeing other work out around me...clothes better fitting...proving something to my self.
Totally done in right after the work out but within a short period of time the euphoria that comes over you.
I am consistent and able to workout intensely.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
