About Me

  • im 41 year old male that use to be in farely good shape played basketball at least 3 to 4 times a week. i was a smoker and when i decided to stop i put on 20 lbs giong from 240 to 260 which caused me to stop playn ball once that happen i gained another 20 then i stoped drinking and gained another 20 now its time to reverse all this weight gain and eating to sub for old habbits and go back to some of those old habbits like working out and being active

  • was 230 solid muscle and in great shape

  • now, not being active at all

  • to get down to at least 250

  • jogging

  • getting motivated i dont know why but i think having partner is a great motivation for me

  • i wish that i could have a weight losing contest with someone i am very competitve,when it comes to something that im going up against other for

  • a little cardio a lilttle weight training and maybe some yoga

Fitness Details

  • Improve overall health

  • I have little motivation to exercise.

  • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

  • I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.

  • Evenings (5pm-10pm)

    what area are u in. I never considered working out with a guy partner. but I would not want to be embarrassed and I too am competitive. Out of shape, but competitive.
