    • Beth is a former professional cyclist - road bicycle racer. She raced internationally earning titles in road races, criteriums, and time trials. She has coached elite and pro level athletes, as well as recreational athletes toward achieving their goals in performance, fitness, and health. Her speciality is in elite endurance performance, weight management, and emotional/spiritual considerations related to fitness.
