60 year old male
Lifestyle Family Fitness - Orange Park
Like to weight lift, beach,tennis,canoeing,springs,
bench pressing 400 lbs.(years ago(LOL)!
Gaining too much weight!
Lose fat and get a 36 in. waist. (40in. now)
Getting to the gym 3 times a week.
Read fitness mags.
Cardio first then weightlifting for a total of 1 1/2 hours and feeling great afterwards!
Improve overall health
I have trouble getting started, but once started I workout intensely.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
