About Me

  • Like to weight lift, beach,tennis,canoeing,springs,

  • bench pressing 400 lbs.(years ago(LOL)!

  • Gaining too much weight!

  • Lose fat and get a 36 in. waist. (40in. now)

  • hiking,biking

  • Getting to the gym 3 times a week.

  • Read fitness mags.

  • Cardio first then weightlifting for a total of 1 1/2 hours and feeling great afterwards!

Fitness Details

  • Improve overall health

  • I have trouble getting started, but once started I workout intensely.

  • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

  • I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.

  • I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.

  • Afternoons (2pm-5pm)
