About Me

  • I've been pretty active since I started. I found the couch to 5k plan so I've been following that 3 days a week. I've also been doing some cardio fitness dvds. I've been doing pilates on non-cardio days and have been doing yoga and tai chi almost daily.

    I walk everywhere too... I haven't had a car in 4 years!

  • I've been doing the Couch to 5K program and have actually not been struggling after the first week! It feels great.

  • The past 25 years! haha

  • I'm aiming to run (jog! ha ha) my first 5k in August. I also wanna lose some pounds... well, a lot, actually. :)

  • I've been blogging about it to help me keep motivated.

    Eventually, I'd like to have a community that I can talk freely with about all this. :)
