I've been pretty active since I started. I found the couch to 5k plan so I've been following that 3 days a week. I've also been doing some cardio fitness dvds. I've been doing pilates on non-cardio days and have been doing yoga and tai chi almost daily.I walk everywhere too... I haven't had a car in 4 years!
I've been doing the Couch to 5K program and have actually not been struggling after the first week! It feels great.
The past 25 years! haha
I'm aiming to run (jog! ha ha) my first 5k in August. I also wanna lose some pounds... well, a lot, actually. :)

Lose body fat
I am able to get started, and once started I give myself a decent workout.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I prefer to exercise alone.
