Hi Ann, I usually look for royalty photos on the internet and keep them on my desktop (of computer) or I'll print them out and post em' on a wall board. I am currently experimenting with putting some of them into the form of a movie (slideshow style) so I can watch it for inspiration to keep me remembering my "why."
Hi Annbarr-Thanks for the information and adding me as a friend. I am new to the site and navigating through it right now but I'll keep in touch. I've made my progress public so you can see where i am. My goal is to complete my first triathlon this summer.
If you're considering taking up surfing, try the long boards first, given that you're recovering from injuries, a long board might be easier to handle while you're in the water, lots of buoyancy, and you can catch even the smallest wave! Hope this helps....

I love using The Firm Ann! You really should look into it! I would recommend it to everyone. It takes a few times to get used to how fast the instructors move through routines, but once you get it, it's fabulous. I use the 'older' version of the series that has the steps. When I last looked at the site, it looks like they have a new system that involves weights. I would highly recommend finding and using the step system. :)
