About Me

  • I have in fitness since I was 19 years old. I live in Houston, TX and I am a student at Texas Southern University, majoring in Health and Human Performance. I played football at Blinn College and also played semi-pro and arena football.

    I currently work for 24 Hour Fitness and hope to someday become an athletic trainer or do something within the clinical field of fitness.

Fitness Details
