I had a baby 6 months ago and was not in great physical shape when I became pregnant. I actually lost weight during my pregnancy but gained it all back. So I want to change the lack of physical activity in my life. Walking is a great way to introduce activity since I have a little one. It's also good for my older two daughters to get into a routine of walking. Hopefully I can incourage my husband to join us in walking.
I don't do much but would love to get involed with a physical activity, I love to play volleyball and would love to coach my daughters or help with their training. (They love it too)
I don't make time for myself. I need to set aside time each day to do walking but I always find an excuse not to.
I would like to fit in a smaller pair of jeans. I also have a family history of high cholesterol and heart disease so I would like to get fit so I don't have these problems.
Running, I never liked to run but the few times I have I felt great after.
MOTIVATION!
Force myself to do it, even if I have 100 reasons why I "can't"
When I feel good after a workout.
Improve overall health
I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.

My Profile picture is my motivation. I could use all the help I can get to talk my husband into working out too.
