About Me

  • I've been obese for most of my life. I have lost 56 lbs since I started my most recent and longest weight loss journey. I am committed to achieving my goal this time. My long term goal is to lose 105 lbs. My short term goal is to lose 1.25 pouns a week. My most challenging thing is eating better foods and eating less of it. I exercise daily but have a hard time geting started. A great workout to me would be one that would work my entire body but be fun at the same time. Currently 70% of my workouts are Zumba, which I love, and has attributed to most of my weight loss.

Fitness Details

  • Lose body fat

  • I have trouble getting started, but once started I give myself a decent workout.

  • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

  • I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.

  • I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.

  • Evenings (5pm-10pm)

    I am looking for the same but it is so hard to find someone out here in the country. I wish there were more in this area
