I think you have the right approach by saying that you want to lose 30 pounds as your first goal-it will feel much more attainable than thinking of a number twice that big. Making exercise a part of your daily life will lead you to your goal, and more.
THX sorry I hardly come here but migh tbe coming here alot more considering need to drop some lbs before I see a few great friends of mine out in GA this August!
