About Me

  • I'm gona be truthful. I am a health/fitness wanabe. In my mind I am that person but on the outside I am not. I wouldn't say I am unhealthy. I was a tomboy growing up, you know playing football, baseball, claiming trees, and bike ramping with boys. I played softball for my high school. With being the only baby girl of three brothers there was not a lot of support to get me where I wanted to really be with my fitness. Now that I am 22 and married it seems to be even less time to thing about fitness. And every thing else is so much more important. But I have not given up on my dream. That is why I have decided to reach out and hopfully find some one like my who is so excided and modivated to get healthy and in shape but does not have much support around them. I will be there for you if you will be there for me.

  • My highlight would have to be my first semester in college. I had just found the love of my life, I was exploring a new world in college, I was taking fitness classes, and I was eating right. All that rolled up was the result of me dropping from 180lbs to 160lbs. At 5'3" 160lbs might still be over weight a little but I never felt better in my life and in my body. I felt so free and a live.

  • It would have to be now at this time in my life. I got married, started getting into school hot and heavey and let the stresses of the world get to me. Do not get me wrong, my life is good just the staying up to midnight watching movies with my hubby and then going for fast food is not good. Before when I weighed 180lbs, before I lost down to 160lbs, that was my highest weight. But now I weigh 210lbs. That is sad, imbarassing, and disscusting to me. But my dream is still there, like I said before, even if it takes me all my life I will not give up thinking I can.

  • I would like to lose 30lbs to at least get back down to 180lbs. That is for starters. Maybe after that I can come back and change this answer to lose down to 160lbs again or maybe start sculpting my body then. I have always wanted to try body building. Not the too big and bulky, but the nice slinder, well defined, and cut body building. One day.

  • Right now it would have to be running or just jogging. If I could work up to 30 min. a day I would be amazed. I seems so freeing.

  • It is hard for me to keep a work out schedule constant. I let so many things side track me. I wish I had a full time coach.

  • Well I like to buy fitness magazines. I also have a folder with my fitness plan all lined out. It ranges from my goals now and ones after that one and so on, workout plans, and food list and menus. I even stuck some old and new pics of me in there so I could see how much I have changed. I but my tredmill in the living room so I will see all the time and always have it in my mind.

  • A great work out is somthing that makes you sweat but at the end you feel you can go for another hour.

Fitness Details

  • Improve overall health

  • I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.

  • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

  • I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.

  • I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.

  • Mornings (8am-noon)

    hey you.. yea, now is sooo the time to get our bums moving.. cuz not only will it make us look good now, it can also help us when we get older.. we can do it *does victory dance*...

    I think you have the right approach by saying that you want to lose 30 pounds as your first goal-it will feel much more attainable than thinking of a number twice that big. Making exercise a part of your daily life will lead you to your goal, and more.
