I've been training for a year, but managed a Curves for Women for 18 months! Facilitated Nutrition Classes. Had many success stories!
At the gym by 5 AM!
Outside of the gym, after 10 AM!
I'm a 40-something mother of 7, and Gramma of 4. I've been married to the love of my life, since August 91.
I've always been overweight most of my life and having all those babies, didn't help the body image.
In January 05, I began to work for a Woman's club. In Feburary I became the manager. I lost 30 lbs in the following 18 months. I took Summer 06 off, and studied for my Personal Training Certification. I was Certified in August 06. I've been training for the past year, and I LOVE it!
Exercise and nutrition is an important part of mine and my family's lives!
Seeing the change...POSITIVE change in my body, and feeling healthier.
Reaching my goal BMI! It didn't "pop" on in a year or two....it's not going to come off instantly!
Keep a picture of the "ideal Me" always in sight!
One where I "feel" the workout! Sore, but not hurting!
One where I feel better AFTER workingout, than I did before!
Improve overall health
I am able to get started, but need help pushing myself through a hard workout.
I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
