56 yrs old and out of shape. 6'0 255 lbs. Have exercised before, but always stop. Like lifting weights and bike riding. Play golf also. Will try almost anything. Ride my bike in good weather.
Started dropping some lbs.
don't exercise enough
Getting to 225 lbs
Thinking about swimming @ the park pool this summer.
Getting up and doing what is required to reach my goal.
This IS my biggest problem
When I really feel great afterward, which is nearly every time I get to the gym or ride my bike to downtown and back.
Lose body fat
I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
