About Me

  • I am a Certified Health Education Specialist working in the employee wellness arena. I have served a great deal of individuals and taken them through Smoking Cessation, Fitness, Diabetes Awareness, Healthy Heart and Stress Management programs., I have recently started a new business for myself assisitng and coaching individuals in a very fast, safe and effective weight loss program. I would love to take you to your weight loss goals with this amazing program. Contact me when you are ready to lose the pounds you thought would never let go!

  • Following the death of my husband from a heart attack I decided to get healthy. I quit smoking (been smoke free 6 years)and started cycling about 25 miles per day on 5 days per week. I dropped 25 pounds in the process and kept it off until 2 years ago. I am back to my pre desk weight and setting goals to lose another 15 pounds!

  • It was disappointing to be in a desk job the last 2 years and to have put on about 20 pounds again! I went back to exercise and diet to get back down to my weight 2 years ago. I'm there now but have set another weightloss goal through the use of a wonderful program.

  • I have successfuly reached my"pre-desk job" fitness level. Currently I have started a weight loss program and am doing quite well with it. I am in my 4th week and have lost 15 pounds. I have added exercise to the nutritional components of my plan and am feeling really great! Even better is that my cholesterol level has dropped significantly. I have set goals for an additional 15 pounds to be back to my weight before my last child. I haven't seen that in 12 years but I know it's around the corner because this program is working!

  • I would like the opportunity to join up with some other people who hike in the Denver area or just outside of it. I did quite a bit of hiking in AZ but don't know the trails here and hesitate to do them without a hiking buddy.

  • TIME!

  • I have signed up for a couple hikes in the area and networked with a woman who lives very near,

  • A work out that leaves me feeling worked out, getting the heart rate up and producing a healthy sweat.
