45 year old male
Trying to get better at taking care of my body now that I am no longer the spring chicken I was once. Also getting tired of the 'mind is writing checks, my body can't cash' syndrome.
Lost 35 lbs since October 30, 2017.
Was overweight - 196 lbs for a 5 ft 8.5 inch man.
Lose 5 more lbs, sustain the healthy life. And not gain it all back.
Weight training for core conditioning.
Getting to do it. Once I am in it, I do pretty good.
Go early in the morning, keep looking at my transformation and pushing on.
Fun, cal burn, enjoying the outdoors, feeling good about what I achieved.
I have trouble getting started, but once started I give myself a decent workout.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I am a novice and dont know where to start.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
