38 year old female
I am a sports nut but age and my kids are starting to take a toll on my body. I am gaining weight and becoming more out of shape. I want to train with people that will keep me going and I will do the same for them. I would love to get back into kick boxing and any kind of team sport is always a good thing for me.
I played college softball and trained 2 to 3 times a day. I was down to 10% body fat and could just run for miles and have not tire.
right now, over weight and out of shape.
To run 5 miles at a steady pace a couple times a week.
Running...I hate running and it seems to be the only thing that makes me lose weight.
Mind over matter
Where I am sweating and tired. Not drop dead I can't move tired but enough for my muscles to be a little soar.
Improve cardiovascular strength
I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
