33 year old female
I'm Pam. I'm 25 years old and live in South Carolina.
I am training for running a 5K for charity on September 10th. I am using the Couch to 5K program, and you can follow my progress on my blog singingpilgrimdancing.blogspot.comIn addition to the regular C25K program, I am trying to be active in some way 6 days a week, whether it be swimming, walking, dancing, etc.
I would love to get a bike or a gym membership, but alas, I can afford neither.Also, what is plyometrics? lol
My body resisting. Being overweight, it sometimes feels strain.
Accountability! I blog, I have a facebook page, I post on forums, and I try to workout with friends at least once a week. I feel okay if the only person I let down is me. But if I know I've made a commitment or someone else wants it for me... that's real motivation. I HATE letting people down.
Where I feel the difference in my body the next day (but am not sore two days later! lol)
Improve overall health
I am able to get started, but need help pushing myself through a hard workout.
