I am a well-educated person, who believes in setting up life for fun. However, that also means cutting into other things that don't consider to be necessary at the time...healthy living.
I don't have any personal fitness highlights.
My personal fitness lowlight was gaining over 40 pounds after marriage.
I have two goals...finishing my doctorate degree and losing (ultimately) 50 pounds or more. I would also like to travel more and save more.
I would not mind learning racquetball.
I don't have the time to keep up without the workouts, due to working nine hours, tutors children and babysitting children of family, friends and neighbors.
I try to keep an itinerary and jot things down. However, it does not go further than that, due to my time schedule.
My definition of a great workout is to feel successful of working out everyday for one hour.
I have trouble getting started, but once started I give myself a decent workout.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.

I love sleep, which I do not get plenty of. However, I am excited because I really need and want to lose at least 15-20 lbs.
