Consistency. That is by far the hardest aspect. Being on, getting it done...even when you don't want to.
Gain muscle
I am consistent and able to workout intensely.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
