  • I've lost 10 pounds in three months!

  • I have almost no cardiovascular endurance, and very little upper body strength.

  • General: actually taking advantage of everything New York City has to offer!

    Fitness:
    1. Go to the gym four days a week.
    2. Run five miles straight.
    3. Perform 10 pushups!

  • kickboxing!

  • Finding the time in my schedule. Finding the motivation!

Fitness Details

  • Increase strength

  • I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.

  • I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.

  • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

  • I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.

  • Evenings (5pm-10pm)

    Not sure if you are into running, but if so let me know if you ever are up to run in C.Park during the weekends.
