I've lost 10 pounds in three months!
I have almost no cardiovascular endurance, and very little upper body strength.
General: actually taking advantage of everything New York City has to offer!
1. Go to the gym four days a week.
2. Run five miles straight.
3. Perform 10 pushups!
Finding the time in my schedule. Finding the motivation!
getting out my aggression.
I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
