    About Me

    • I'm a Physical Therapist, Level 1 USA Cycling Coach, Certified Pilates Instructor and Certified Neuromuscular Reprogrammer. I've always been involved in some type of athletic activity throughout my life and currently spend most of my free time cycling (road, cross, mtb) and trail running.
      I own Body Concepts a Physical Therapy and Personal Training Studio in EDH with my life partner Linda Bailey...it keeps both of us very busy. www.bodyconceptsinc.com

    • In cycling, it would be
      1. working in a breakaway with a teammate to a win Criteriums and Road Races
      2. being able to do a sub-1 hour 40-k Time Trail
      3. doing the Triple Crown for the first time
      4. riding for many years without a significant injury :o)

    • Working too much and not getting regular exercise.

    • Losing 25-lbs of body fat!
