I'm a Physical Therapist, Level 1 USA Cycling Coach, Certified Pilates Instructor and Certified Neuromuscular Reprogrammer. I've always been involved in some type of athletic activity throughout my life and currently spend most of my free time cycling (road, cross, mtb) and trail running.

In cycling, it would be
1. working in a breakaway with a teammate to a win Criteriums and Road Races
2. being able to do a sub-1 hour 40-k Time Trail
3. doing the Triple Crown for the first time
4. riding for many years without a significant injury :o)

Getting started...it always feels good once your doing it...
Feeling of well being...exercise is a lifestyle.
A great workout is achieving whatever the goal is of the workout and the feeling that I want another one.
Improve overall health
I am consistent and able to workout intensely.
I consider myself somewhat of an expert.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
