About Me

  • I have been around for a long time. After my last divorce and the death of my Mother I just gave up on fitness. At that time I was 190lbs. My weight climbed to 316 and it is time to do something about that.

  • I remember being in great shape and wearing weights on both of my wrists and both of my ankles. I played ping pong like that and was winning.

  • Being so heavy that it was becoming extremely difficult to move.

  • Initially I want to get under 300. I will update my goal after that.

  • I would like to finally begin doing some Tai Chi. This would help my concentration and fitness. It is a good mind/body workout.

  • Sometimes when trying to do some of the stretches or exercises my big belly gets in the way making it difficult to perform them correctly.

  • My friend Nikita helps keep me motivated. Without her I would certainly go into decline. I really don't know what I would do without her friendship.

  • A great workout is one that makes you just the right amount of sore. Not enough so that you cannot move, but one that when you move you can feel those muscles that you didn't know you had.

    Hi! I hope we can motivate one another to keep on top of our fitness goals! I guess I gotta stick with walking for now so maybe we can do some of that!
