45 year old female

I am a 37 year old married mother of 4. I have had weight issues all of my life and have even had a gastric bypass due to weight problems. I am very enthusiastic about keeping myself in shape.
Going from 315 lbs to 160 lbs.
Going back up to 210 lbs.
Getting down to 135 lbs.
Zumba and Step aerobics, possibly cycling classes.
Pushing myself to do more!
Get involved with others in excercising and watching my caloric and fat intake.Read labels!
Where I don't feel too exhausted when I am finished but have worked up a monsterous sweat!
Lose body fat
I have trouble getting started, but once started I give myself a decent workout.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I am a novice and dont know where to start.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
