About Me

  • I am a 37 year old married mother of 4. I have had weight issues all of my life and have even had a gastric bypass due to weight problems. I am very enthusiastic about keeping myself in shape.

  • Going from 315 lbs to 160 lbs.

  • Going back up to 210 lbs.

  • Getting down to 135 lbs.

  • Zumba and Step aerobics, possibly cycling classes.

  • Pushing myself to do more!

  • Get involved with others in excercising and watching my caloric and fat intake.Read labels!

  • Where I don't feel too exhausted when I am finished but have worked up a monsterous sweat!

Fitness Details

  • Lose body fat

  • I have trouble getting started, but once started I give myself a decent workout.

  • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

  • I am a novice and dont know where to start.

  • I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.

  • Early mornings (before 8am)
