About Me

  • I am married and we have a child in college. I am a happy, people person.I am a lifelong learner and an avid recycler.

  • My Fitness highlights are that I have completed more than one Beachbody Exercise series, ie PiYo , Cize and 21 Day Fix!

  • I have gained weight, because of not exercising consistently.

  • My fitness related goal: Lose 20 pounds and tighten my body.

  • Yoga

  • staying motivated.

  • I usually fell, but sometimes I can stay motivated to reach a goal,

  • A great workout is when I have spent at least 30 minutes, break a sweat and used some muscles to complete the workout.

  • I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.

  • I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.

  • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

  • I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.

  • Evenings (5pm-10pm)

    I need a local exercise partner, who live near me or is willing to come to my location. I am willing to learn new skills, as long as I get a good workout. I live on the west side of Frankfort, KY.
    I do not like to travel far to exercise.
