Workout at least four times a week consistently. Currently I workout at several different 24 hour fitness gyms in the north houston/cypress area.
Abs of steel
A year of inactivity in 2010. I worked out, but not consistently.
Maintaining my current fitness level.
Training for a marathon and Krav Maga.
I do know a lot about weight training, so I usually only attend fitness classes. I also do cardio. Would like to have better technique and knowledge of using free weights.
My motivation to workout is natural. I have an inner drive to hit the gym consistently. I love the way working out makes me feel.
A workout that gets your heart rate up, and causes you to put your all into it to complete it. I don't like feeling like I wasting my time just going through the motions. I want to sweat.
Maintain current fitness
I am consistent and able to workout intensely.
I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
