About Me

  • I am looking for someone to work out with in the Jacksonville / Mandarin area mostly on the weekends. During the week I travel for work most of the time so during the week I would like to keep in contact with my fitness partner to help support each other on their plans. I was a fitness trainer 7 years ago and went through a divorce and gained a lot of weight since that time. I am looking to get back to being healthy and in shape again.

  • 6 years ago I was very healthy and was a fitness trainer. My weight was at 185 and I had a very muscular build. I was in the best shape of my life and would like to get back to that.

  • over the past 6 years after a rough divorce and some depression I packed on about 75# and am about 250# today.

  • Get back to my ideal weight of #185 with a 34 waist. Get back to helping others meet their fitness goals and eventually run an extream 5k event.

  • Running / biking outdoors

  • Staying motivated and the amount of travel that I do. Diet!

  • Keep a positive attitude and work towards goals with others

  • Feeling like you've achieved something afterwords without compremising your plans

Fitness Details

  • Lose body fat

  • I have trouble getting started, but once started I workout intensely.

  • I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.

  • I consider myself somewhat of an expert.

  • I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.

  • Evenings (5pm-10pm)
