  • I'm 30 yrs old mother of 2 who used to be a college athlete, but took 5yrs off to have my children. I haven't worked out in that 5yrs and have put on 50lbs that i need to get rid of!

  • To loose 50lbs

  • group exersice, boxing, water fitness

  • consistancy

  • picture my self how i used to look and want to look again!

  • sweat, feel good during and after

Fitness Details

  • Lose body fat

  • I am able to get started, and once started I give myself a decent workout.

  • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

  • I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.

  • I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.

  • Mornings (8am-noon)

    I remember how hard it is to find time for yourself with little ones, but you can include them in some things, and have them learn good habits by your example. Even walks with them, and playing "chase" can count if you move fast enough!. Of course the best is to get of by yourself and get in a good workout. Can you trade off babysitting times with friends? You'll feel better , have more energy, and more patience with the little ones. Good luck.
