I remember how hard it is to find time for yourself with little ones, but you can include them in some things, and have them learn good habits by your example. Even walks with them, and playing "chase" can count if you move fast enough!. Of course the best is to get of by yourself and get in a good workout. Can you trade off babysitting times with friends? You'll feel better , have more energy, and more patience with the little ones. Good luck.
