61 year old female
I am relocating from NH to the Tampa area. Interested in a workout partner who enjoys biking as my main workout. Also, I like tennis, hiking, walking or gym workout. I am dedicated, and exercise has always been a part of my daily routine.
I can't choose between two events... #1 would be biking 300 miles in 10 days in Italy. and #2 would be cross country sking 64 days straight.
Having to obstain from all fitness activities for one year to to a spinal cord injury. Greatful my prayers were answered and I am ok.
Looking to bike the 41 mile Tampa Bay Bike Trail. Or maybe train for an endurance biking event.
I find it challenging to increase my endurance
I try to make fitness a daily routine. Clock hits 6:30 p.m. and I am out the door...
Biking 50 miles.... getting off the bike and saying "Let's do it again"
Maintain current fitness
I am consistent and able to workout intensely.
