    Monica is a Certified Fitness Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, Weight Management Consultant, & Pilates Instructor; Founder of “BodyFit” Diet /Fitness Consulting has been Personal Fitness Training and Sports Nutrition/Weight Management Counseling since 2000.

    Dedicating her life to share what she has experience with knowing what “Optimal Fitness” feels like; which is how to make it a lifelong mission permanent overall body fitness and health; it’s as simple as getting advice from a professional that provides you with a personalized program customized to your individual fitness and health goals.
