    About Me

    • I am 50 years old, I work ot at lvac,
      Very much into fitness, I was once a 360 pound diabetic, I lost 165 pounds and cured myself of diabetes, over the last couple years I've slipped of the fitness wagon and gained about 30 of those pounds back, I'm absolutely determined to get back to 195 ,I'm looking for someone to help keep me motivated, (preferably female don't need a bunch of competitive testosterone)
      I'm a great motivator too when it comes to fitness.
      My work scedule is all over the place so my workout times usually very. (I work relief shift)

    • Lost 165 pounds, cured myself of diabetes

    • Slipping a bit

    • Getting to my goal weight

    • Hiking, biking

    • Getting to the gym

    • Keep my goal fresh on my mind

    • Feeling like I left everything I have (energy) at the gym

    Fitness Details

    • Tone body

    • I have trouble getting started, but once started I workout intensely.

    • I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.

    • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

    • I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.

    • Lunchtime (noon-2pm)
