I have just moved back to SD about a year ago this month, and between job searching and trying to find old friends I haven't had a lot of time to exercise. Most of my friends have moved away or gotten married, and I have found a great job. But, I am at a loss for the whole exercise thing. I would like to find someone that can help me get motivated to workout. Getting started is the hardest part for me, but once I do and do it regularly, I"m pretty great at it. I just need someone that wants to lose weight and get into like I do or someone that can motivate me in the beginning as well as I can motivate them.
Once I get started I"m all about it and want to exercise all the time.
Getting started is the hardest. And, running is not really my thing, I'm very bad at it and just don't enjoy it.
I would really like to lose at least 30 pounds and maybe even a little more if all goes well.
I wouldn't mind getting into walking, or back into hockey. I used to go to beginning hockey classes and then had to stop when I moved.
Finding the time to do it, but I am ready to make time for it.
I try to remember my ultimate goal. And, just to feel healthier and have more energy.
A great workout is getting started, and finishing. And, feeling energized afterwards.

I have trouble getting started, but once started I workout intensely.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
Early mornings (before 8am)
