    • I am a 55 yo disabled vet. Used to be very active.

    • I have had numerous years of personal training. For the most part know what to do.

    • Broke my leg last January. I have gained to much weight. lacking some motivation.

    • I'd like to lose between 30 and 50 lbs. I like to do another multi-day bike-ride.

    • I like to idea of cross-fit but it seems rough for someone 55.

    • Getting started.

    • Not sure, but I know it when I'm done.

    • I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.

    • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
