55 year old male
I am a 55 yo disabled vet. Used to be very active.
I have had numerous years of personal training. For the most part know what to do.
Broke my leg last January. I have gained to much weight. lacking some motivation.
I'd like to lose between 30 and 50 lbs. I like to do another multi-day bike-ride.
I like to idea of cross-fit but it seems rough for someone 55.
Not sure, but I know it when I'm done.
Lose body fat
I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
