I was an avid jogger up to 5 years ago and i am not sure why I stopped( residency,fellowship) .I want to go back into it because I miss the mind,spirit ,body well being experience when you come back from a 45 mn jogg.I think it will be more fun to do that with somebody to motivate each other.
1/2 marathon if my knees can take it!
keeping doing it.
being in good health or so I hope!
Feeling great after it with a lot of sweating!
Improve overall health
I am able to get started, and once started I give myself a decent workout.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
