About Me

  • Crane operator, Firefighter, Navy SeaBee. Work Work Work, what can I say....need to take time for myself and get back in to better shape.

  • Dropped 14 lbs. in 2 1/2 weeks just by changing diet and actually going to the gym, instead of driving by it.

  • Letting myself get out of shape and not caring about my health.

  • Strengthening my upper body after shoulder surgery.

  • Open to any thing.......starting over fresh.

  • My cardio is very low....I get winded very easily on the treadmill, way before a mile. But I know that it will get better with more training. I guess not to get upset with myself.

  • Think about how I will be able to give more of myself to my family with out being so tired and unmotivated.

  • Giving it my all and feeling the burn like I've actually done something good for my body.
