Crane operator, Firefighter, Navy SeaBee. Work Work Work, what can I say....need to take time for myself and get back in to better shape.
Dropped 14 lbs. in 2 1/2 weeks just by changing diet and actually going to the gym, instead of driving by it.
Letting myself get out of shape and not caring about my health.
Strengthening my upper body after shoulder surgery.
Open to any thing.......starting over fresh.
My cardio is very low....I get winded very easily on the treadmill, way before a mile. But I know that it will get better with more training. I guess not to get upset with myself.
Think about how I will be able to give more of myself to my family with out being so tired and unmotivated.
Giving it my all and feeling the burn like I've actually done something good for my body.
Improve overall health
I am able to get started, and once started I give myself a decent workout.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
