I'm a single professional working in Manhattan, living in NJ. My biggest struggle is with motivation. Once I'm actually exercising, I love it! It's getting my butt to do it -THAT'S the problem. I've had 2 surgeries on my back (Sept 2017 and 2018). I'm doing much better but I've gained weight (20 lbs?) that I want to lose, need to work on strengthening my core, have lost strength in my legs and cardiovascular-wise I'm pathetic.

walking, weight training, Pilates, exercise classes, bike riding
