Hey there, my name is Lina and I recently moved back to the New York/Jersey area. I am very into fitness and love learning about ways to stay healthy, especially since the nature of my work (airline crew) limits how much physical activiy I can get at times. I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.

I suggest loggin your results daily. You'll see all the start, you'll see the gaps, and you'll improve. Fitness is a lifestyle...not something that can be done overmonth, much less overnight! Good luck.
