What can I say older woman in need of shaping up
losing 50 pounds in 18 months
gaining the 50 pounds back
I am looking to lose the weight I have gained back
Weight lifting/ running/ triatholon maybe
finding a regular time and partner to work out witth
when I have a good sweat and I feel energized and not drained or hurting
Lose body fat
I have trouble getting started, but once started I give myself a decent workout.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
