I am a nurse and am trying to make working out more consistent in my life with my busy schedule. Having a hard time motivating myself to workout after a long day of work though. Am looking for others that want to have a consistent workout regime and hold each other accountable to get in better shape.
Consistency is key!
Would like to be active everyday and drop 20lbs so I can stop complaining about it.
I am interested in walking, cardio and going to the gym to lift weights to tone up a bit.
Getting to the gym when I am tired after work. If I have someone to workout with I would definitely go more.
Look at my favorite celebs, read inspiring weight loss stories and clothes shopping lol
45-60 minutes of sweating and feeling sore the next day
