About Me

    • Active and mildly fit. Looking to push myself harder and get strong and lean. I'd like to find a female workout partner who is in similar condition and with similar goals.

      Currently, I run 3-4 miles 3-4 times a week. I would like to add weight training and resistance back into my regimen. I want to hit the weights hard and get strong. Interested learning or improving techniques in squats, pull-ups, and dead lifts along with resuming more familiar routines with dumbbells, etc.

      As a hospital nurse, I work 12-hour shifts on a 14-day rotation: M, Tu, Sa / Su, W, Th. I prefer to workout mornings on my days off but can be flexible with the right partner.

    • I would like to do more indoor climbing, and eventually I'd like to try outdoor climbing.

      Would also like to get more use out of my inline skates.

    • Staying motivated and fitting workouts into my schedule.
