24 Hour Fitness - Mesquite

Active and mildly fit. Looking to push myself harder and get strong and lean. I'd like to find a female workout partner who is in similar condition and with similar goals. Currently, I run 3-4 miles 3-4 times a week. I would like to add weight training and resistance back into my regimen. I want to hit the weights hard and get strong. Interested learning or improving techniques in squats, pull-ups, and dead lifts along with resuming more familiar routines with dumbbells, etc.As a hospital nurse, I work 12-hour shifts on a 14-day rotation: M, Tu, Sa / Su, W, Th. I prefer to workout mornings on my days off but can be flexible with the right partner.
I would like to do more indoor climbing, and eventually I'd like to try outdoor climbing.Would also like to get more use out of my inline skates.
Staying motivated and fitting workouts into my schedule.
I have trouble getting started, but once started I workout intensely.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
