    As a promoter of holistic and alternative healing modalities, I help clients build strong, supple bodies that remain resilient in their lives outside the studio. Pilates builds strength within the body’s fullest range of motion to free the joints and muscles. This lessens unhealthy stress placed on the body and corrects muscle imbalance caused by everyday activities (and thus the aches and pains!). Through the marriage of proper alignment and breath, these workouts correct inefficient movement patterns and restore a sense of ease and fluidity.

    A good wellness program has the power to transform bodies and minds. With focused instruction and encouragement, it increases confidence and coordination, simultaneously building a positive body image. Tuning in to your body’s physical state will guide you to a healthy, pain-free life. My teaching style is highly influenced by Feldenkrais techniques and the yogic principles of breath (pranayama), imagery, meditation, and self-love. Expect a challenging, inspiring, and highly-personalized session.

  • Flexibility training, postural assessment and correction, pre/post-natal, injury prevention/technique for athletes and dancers, using the mind to make physical change.

  • Certified STOTT Pilates and ACE group fitness instructor. Research and courses in the intervertebral joints of the spine, core anatomy, pre/post-natal, psoas, and sacroiliac joint.

  • Professional dancer (Radio City Rockette for 7 years) and dance instructor/adjudicator; Pilates and wellness instructor at NYC gyms, studios, and homes.

  • I am available for sessions, classes, events, and workshops in homes, workplaces, and at a fully-equipped Pilates studio in SoHo.

About Me

  • Jennifer is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor and ACE-certified group fitness instructor. With over 10 years experience teaching dance and conditioning, she has worked with all ages, fitness levels, and many special populations. Jennifer continuously refines her knowledge and skills through top-ranked schools such as The Kane School, Stott Pilates, Erika Bloom Pilates Plus, and Real Pilates NYC.
