39 year old female
I am 27 years old. I left the Marine Corps a couple of years ago. I am currently in school to pursue a Law Enforcement career. I have always loved to exercise. I still know I can get more definition though and that is what I would like to see and maintain.
My upper body is toned.
I would like to tone the thigh and hip area a lot more.
Finishing my training at school.
I would like to take up a different martial art.
Keeping a workout plan with my schedule.
Find new things to try.
I like that slightly sore feeling the next day.
Lose body fat
I am consistent and able to workout intensely.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
