I am trying to begin working out again. I actually like to do it, I just need a partner or a group to do it regularly again in Raleigh, NC.
Weight loss of about 20 lbs and toning everywhere!
I am open to new things.
Finding the time to do it every day.
I try to mix things up once I get going and have partners for the days I am feeling less enthused about working out.
Something that makes me sweat that I have fun doing.
Lose body fat
I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
