40 year old male
Myrtle Beach, SC
My name is Clark.
I'm a infantryman in the US Army. I've been serving for 8 years as of 27Aug2009. My job, as well as a 5 year old daughter, keeps me very busy. Through out my work day as well as my off time, I spend alot of time working out.
I also try to keep a good diet. Eating healthy is very important, and I keep a very close eye on what I put in my body.
I've been learning the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 9 years, boxing for about 3 and next year I plan to start fighting with the Army in MMA style fights. If you've ever watched UFC or WEC, then you know how demanding MMA ( Mixed Martial Arts ) fights can be. Hard work and constant discipline towards your body is the only way make it.
I look foward to meeting new people here, I hope we can help and motivate one another.
Through out several missions with the Army, I have always came back alive, its due to great tatical training and my will to stay fit.
A few years ago I started getting very lazy. Not for a very long time, but all the same, I got LAZY! I started clubbing, drinking more, missing out on PT, and gained unneeded weight. I never want that guy near me again.
Fighting MMA for the Army.
I would like to start taking Yoka.
The perfect blend. Being able to put everything I need into a workout regiment. Cardio and strenth training, both I need greatly.
No body fat and a strong body at the same time. Sometimes it can get difficult for me to put all I need together.
I'm a Infantyman in the US Army, thats who I am, thats my motivation.
Going past your breaking point.
Maintain current fitness
I am consistent and able to workout intensely.
I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
