    About Me

    • I run. I still smoke but am working on quitting. I want to be a better non-smoking runner.

    • I ran a 5k on Thanksgiving and had a PR.

    • my inability to presentlyh quit smoking.

    • Up my mpw and run a couple of races in the spring, probably another 5k and a 10k.

    • yoga

    • making the time to do it.

    • incentive gifts... a new running jacket or tights or gadget when I meet milestones. I may buy myself a Garmin when I get my weekly miles up to 15

    • One in which I push through a lack of motivation to go do it. Or am able to shut off my head to push through a run. Personal bests are great too.

    • I am able to get started, and once started I give myself a decent workout.
