  • Elizabeth Raymond- Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach & Founder of ER Fitness

    Nationally Certified Personal Trainer by the NSCA (National Sports and Conditioning Association) and graduate of American Academy of Personal Training in Boston. Business Graduate from Northeastern University, who has worked in the corporate realm as a Human Resources Professional in South Florida and in Boston for over 7 years.

    "My immense passion for fitness, nutrition and living a well balanced lifestyle helped propel my career change into the fitness industry. I'm a former dancer of over 10 years, yoga enthusiast for over 7 years and have personal experience strength and endurance training for over 10 years. How could I be happy sitting behind a desk for the rest of my career?
